Community Participation
Your Community. Your Voice.
A community works best when residents participate.
Residents are encouraged to report concerns responsibly, provide constructive suggestions, participate in community activities, attend meetings when appropriate, and help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Community participation does not always require holding a position or joining a committee. Sometimes it is as simple as reporting a broken streetlight, keeping pets properly secured, following construction rules, helping a neighbor, reporting suspicious activity, or sharing information that can help solve a community problem.
Small actions, when shared by an entire community, make a significant difference.
